Day 1: Tbilisi welcomes you!

  • After you arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, enjoy a smooth journey to your hotel in the heart of Tbilisi, just a 30-minute drive away.
  • Complete check-in and settle into your room for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: Kakheti, the essence of Georgia

  • Start your day with an energetic breakfast at the hotel before heading to Telavi, the largest town in Kakheti, in the Alazani Valley. 
  • The Gombori Mountains and the Caucasus well surround it. As an explorer, feel lucky to be here as there are unlimited opportunities.
  • The historic Alaverdi Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage tentative site dating back to the 11th century, is the next destination. It has been destroyed many times but is still a hotspot for travelers.
  • The next step should be towards Tsinandali, the 19th-century residence of Prince Alexandre Chavchavadze, a poet and public figure. 
  • See Georgia's oldest and largest winery, with a charming garden and an impressive wine cellar housing a collection of 20,000 bottles.
  • Engage in culinary activities, learning the art of baking Georgian bread and crafting traditional "churchkhela."

  • Start your journey in Old Tbilisi, which lasts 2-3 hours, mainly on foot. See historic landmarks, starting with the iconic Metekhi Church, on a cliff overlooking the Mtkvari River. Take a cable car to the ancient Narikala Fortress for city views.
  • Don't forget to visit Chardin Street, a hub with cafes, clubs, art salons, and galleries. Look at the 17th-century Sulfur Old Baths, characterized by unique red brick domes giving up steam.
  • Start your walk on the striking Bridge of Peace, a bow-shaped pedestrian bridge adorned with LEDs over the Kura River. 
  • Enjoy a complimentary boat trip on the Mtkvari River with Georgian music and opt for a boat lunch that will cost extra.
