Itinerary description

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Upon your arrival at the international airport in Delhi, you will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Delhi, the vibrant capital territory of India, is steeped in history and culture, with Old Delhi and New Delhi serving as its distinct components. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi to Jaipur

After breakfast combined sightseeing of Old & New Delhi takes you to the magnificent Red Fort. Drive past Red Fort - a marvel in red sandstone, built on the banks of River Yamuna by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. Visit Raj Ghat (memorial to Mahatma Gandhi), Jama Masjid, - The largest mosque in India. Followed by sightseeing of New Delhi, visit the 12th century Qutab Minar, gracefully hand-carved for its entire height of 234ft, and the iron pillar, which has withstood the ravages of time and not rusted even after 1500 years, drive past India Gate (memorial to the Indian army soldiers who died in the World War I) the Rashtrapati Bhavan (formerly the viceroy's residence) the Parliament House.

Later drive to Jaipur. Jaipur founded in AD 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan is popularly known as the Pink City. With broad avenues and spacious gardens, the city is steeped in history and culture. Here the past comes alive in magnificent forts and palaces, blushed pink, where once lived the maharajas. Arrive Jaipur and transfer to your hotel and check-in. Overnight at Hotel in Jaipur

Day 3: Explore Jaipur

Morning after breakfast you will visit the Amber fort nestling among Aravalli Hills built in 16th century by Raja Man Singh, by jeep (both ways). Visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace) & Hawa Mahal-a Palace of winds- it is the Jaipur’s most famous monument. In the afternoon you will visit the City Palace and Museum, City Palace-conceived and designed by Jai Singh is a fine blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture and is one of the most important architectural landmarks in Jaipur. Walk to the adjacent Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. Evening enjoy the arti Ceremony at Birla Temple. Overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 4: Jaipur to Ranthambore

Morning after breakfast leave Jaipur for Ranthambore. On arrival check in hotel. Ranthambore National Park is one of the biggest and most renowned national parks in Northern India. The park is located in the Sawai Madhopur district of southeastern Rajasthan, which is about 160 km from Jaipur. Once considered as one of the famous and former hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, today the Ranthambore National Park terrain is a major wildlife tourist attraction that has drawn the attention of many wildlife photographers and lovers. Afternoon: 01 Jungle safari by Jeep failing canter will be provided. Overnight stay

Day 5: Ranthambore to Agra

Embark on a morning safari for wildlife spotting, followed by breakfast at the hotel. Then, proceed to Agra with a visit to Fatehpur Sikri en route. Explore the deserted red sandstone city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built by Emperor Akbar. Continue your journey to Agra and check-in at the hotel upon arrival. Overnight stay in Agra.

Day 6: Explore Agra

Visit the world- famous Taj Mahal (Closed on Friday) built by Shah Jahan in 1560 in memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. The architecture marvel is perfectly proportioned masterpiece fashioned from white marble that stand testimony to the skill of 20,000 craftsmen brought together from Persia, Turkey, France and Italy and who took 17 years to complete this ‘Love poem in Marble’. Later visit the Agra Fort, built alongside the Yamuna River stretching almost 2.5 km. The fort’s colossal double walls rise 20 m in height and measure 2.5 km in circumference. The fort is surrounded by a moat. The lofty battlements of the Agra Fort cast its protective shadow over the far stretching mansions of nobles and princes built along the riverfront. Day 7: Agra to Orchha

Morning after an early breakfast transfer to railway station to board train for Jhansi. On arrival transfer to Orchha. Afternoon proceed for Orchha sightseeing in which we will visit Jahangir Fort, Rai Praveen Ka Mahal, riverside cenotaphs, Ram Raja Temple etc. Here fort located on island of Betwa river. All these monuments are of Bundela dynasty. Overnight at hotel in Orchha.

Day 8: Orchha to Khajuraho

After breakfast, depart for Khajuraho. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Explore the magnificent Eastern group of temples, showcasing exquisite sculptures and intricate carvings. Attend the optional light and sound show in the evening. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.

Day 9: Fly to Delhi

After breakfast, visit the Western group of temples, known for their architectural brilliance and intricate designs. Later, transfer to the airport for your onward journey to Delhi. Depart with cherished memories of your cultural odyssey in India.
